If you are a current member or tenant and require Emergency Maintenance Services, please dial or text (705) 562-9502.
Should there be no answer, please leave a detailed message with your name, telephone number, unit number and location as well as a brief description of the emergency. Someone will get back to you shortly.
The Emergency Line may be used by the current members and/or tenants for emergency reasons only, 24 hours per day.
NOTE: Rental calls are only accepted on the main telephone line. The Emergency Line is not for rental calls.
